Senior care staffing & in-home care · Washington

The staffing and in-home care partner you can actually rely on.

That's the call we built Caring Springs to take — day or night, weekend or holiday, until someone trustworthy is on your floor. We place screened NAC, NAR, HCA, LPN, and RN professionals into skilled nursing, assisted living, adult family homes, and home care, from daily PRN through seasonal clinics — and we place private-duty caregivers directly with families who want a loved one cared for at home. Either way, someone experienced and caring is on the way.

What's actually at stake

An open shift is never just an open shift.

You already know this — it's why you're still checking your phone after your shift ended. Here's what's actually riding on the gap getting filled.

Resident safety and dignity

A missed med pass or an unwatched fall risk isn't a staffing statistic. It's someone's mother or father — and it's exactly what a survey exists to catch.

Your reputation with families

Families notice who's in the building on a hard day. Word travels through a facility faster than any marketing you'll ever run.

The team that did show up

Every uncovered shift gets absorbed by someone — a nurse pulling a double, an aide skipping lunch. Do it enough, and they stop showing up too.

That's the call we built Caring Springs to take — so it never has to cost you any of the above.

How it works

A two-minute call. Coverage on the board.

You should not have to explain your building to a new recruiter every time a CNA calls out. One desk, one process, four models.

You already carry enough — chart audits, family calls, a schedule that never quite balances. Staffing shouldn't be one more thing you do alone.

Why Caring Springs

Built for senior care. Trusted where it counts.

Founded in Kansas in 2017 and proudly serving Washington since 2021, we concentrate on the settings where continuity of care is the whole job: skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, and home care — plus private-duty caregivers placed directly with families in their own home. It’s what we know, and it shows in every placement.

I started Caring Springs because I was tired of watching good facilities get sent whoever was left over at a staffing mill — nurses who'd never worked a memory care unit, aides who didn't know what a two-person transfer meant on a resident this frail. Senior care isn't a side category for us. It's the only thing we do.

What clients tell us

Trusted by facilities — and the families who count on us at home.

Shift covered before start time
Our DON called Caring Springs at 6 a.m. after two call-outs, and by the start of first shift we had a CNA who already knew our med pass routine. That kind of response is rare.
Facility Administrator
Assisted living, King County
Returning clinicians, not one-offs
We've used a lot of agencies. Caring Springs is the only one where the same names keep coming back — residents recognize them, and so do we.
Director of Nursing
Skilled nursing, Pierce County
Same caregiver, 7 months and counting
My dad wanted to stay in his own home, and I couldn't be there every day. Caring Springs matched him with a caregiver who now knows his routine better than I do — his coffee order, his stories, when he needs a nudge and when he needs space.

Questions

Before you pick up the phone

How quickly can you fill a shift?

Our PRN desk takes requests around the clock, so you’re never waiting until morning. Same-day fills depend on credential, setting, and location — many King, Pierce, and Snohomish County shifts are covered the same morning. For contracts, we typically present qualified candidates within a few business days.

Which credentials do you verify?

We check Washington credentials and licenses (NAC, NAR, HCA, LPN, RN), work authorization, references, and senior-care experience — every time. We will never send someone whose paperwork isn’t in order, so you can trust who walks onto your floor.

Do you staff adult family homes and home care, or only larger facilities?

Both, and everything in between. We proudly work with skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, home care agencies, and clinic-style wellness events.

What is the minimum for a contract?

Contracts run four weeks or longer. For anything shorter, our PRN staffing — single shifts or a short block of them — is the better fit, and just as reliable.

How does temp-to-perm work?

We place a clinician on a working trial so you can see them in action first. If both sides want to move forward, we convert the assignment to a direct hire — giving you real confidence in who joins your team for good.

Where in Washington do you cover?

We’re based in Renton and proudly serve facilities, agencies, and families across Washington, with our deepest coverage in the Puget Sound — King, Pierce, Snohomish, and neighboring counties.

Can I hire a caregiver directly for a family member, without going through a facility?

Yes — that’s our private duty service. We place a vetted caregiver directly with your family for one-on-one, private-pay care at home, scheduled around your routine rather than a shift roster. No facility required.

Need coverage on the next shift? We've got you.

Call the desk or send a request — either way, you'll have a trusted NAC, NAR, HCA, LPN, or RN clinician on the way. That's the peace of mind Washington senior care teams count on us for.
